- [Instructor] It's time to add some reinforcing. In a foundation wall situation there are a few different ways we can add reinforcing. The way we're going to do it here is use perpendicular reinforcing. What this video will illustrate is how to add reinforcing. Like I said, basically going up and down. We will also have the choice of the rebar gauge as well as the spacing. Let's go into Revit. Under models I'm going to go Open. I'm going to browse to my Chapter Six, and select a Structural-29. Click Open. Let's go down to Level One. I'm going to select this section, and I'm going to drag it back a little bit. Hit escape a couple times. Let's double click on it and open it up. On my View tab, I'll click Callout. I want to make an enlarged view of this section. So I'm going to click Callout. I'm going to pick a window just like this. Then I'll hit escape a few times.
