In this video, learn how to assign the previously created custom phases to the correct views that can be placed in the aligning document and set for each phase. By having the correct phases assigned to the correct views, quick document sets can be printed at the various phases without having to spend extra time creating sets for the same types of views over and over.
- [Narrator] Before I get started with this next part … of assigning the phase to the views. … I want to do a quick housekeeping note. … As you've been copying your views, … you'll notice that it opens … every single last one of these views as you make this copy. … So just to keep your memory moving fast on your computer … and also not having so much of a burden on your software, … let's just do one quick little tip … and I'm going to go to the inside the space here, … the drawing space and I'll type in WT. … And as you can see from quite a few views open, … I'm going to go ahead and I'm going to actually close down … every view except for my view list. … And another fast way to do this is go to the view list … and I'm going to actually maximize this view. … The way you maximize this view, … is you come over here to views … and you say you wanted to do a tab view … and it takes this one and puts it out on front. … And then you just close … any views that are underneath and close inactives. …
