We'll show you how to distinguish some of the different retraction artifacts to help you make a diagnosis of what your problem is and then move on to a cure. - [Rich Cameron] For a lot of the issues we talk about in this video, you should go back to thinking about what your printer is doing mechanically. Is it likely that there's too much plastic being dragged around or not enough? Is the plastic likely too viscous or not flowing enough? Look at your print problem carefully and only change one thing at a time when trying to debug this. Come up with a simple print, we use two cylinders close together, to quickly test your hypothesis.
