Placing dimensions

- [Instructor] We're staying in our Annotation.DWG file. And in the previous video we set up our dimension style. So in this video, we're going to start placing some simple dimensions in the drawing, working to that dimension style. So using your mouse, just maybe pan a little bit like so, so that your bolting plate is the center of the screen. Then we need to do a little bit of housekeeping again, just make sure we're using the right layer, the right dimension style. Now, we did cover that in the previous video, but it's so easy to place things on the wrong layer, use the wrong style, and so on. So in the home tab on the ribbon, we're going to go to the annotation fly out here on the annotation panel, and make sure that our dimension style there is set to training like so. And in the Layers panel here, click on the drop down and make sure that we're using the dimensions layer as our current drafting layer. Now you can…
