Practical determination of heat hazards

- I live in an area that gets really hot in the summer. We regularly hit 110 degrees Fahrenheit which is 43 degrees Celsius. And we've had some periods of 115 degrees or 46 degrees Celsius and higher at the hottest parts of the day. I get asked by clients all the time how can we make prevention less subjective? And how can we come up with a mandatory set of actions based on the heat risk factors. So I did some research and I found recommendations and heat risk classifications created by the CDC and NIOSH called NIOSH's criteria for a recommended standard for occupational exposure to heat and hot environments. So I'm going to present that here because I think it's a great set of recommendations. Now understand this is an almost 200 page document.
