- [Instructor] So there's a few types of change order proposals. The first one that we just looked at and filled in, is what I would call a partial breakdown proposal. It had the major components of pricing including the totals and the details of what was being priced. You take it a step further, and give a full breakdown of your pricing in a proposal, and offer the greater detail of how you came to your pricing. Take a look at this. This change order proposal has a lot of the same components as we had before, it's just in a little bit of a different format. It has the contractor's name, the client or customer's name, the identification of the project, even a change order number. A description of the work. But now we'll look in a little bit more detail. Look at the itemized breakdown, we've listed just about every single piece of material that we're using on this change order.
