- [Tutor] Once again, we're staying in our zero zero ground 1031 southeastmadison.dwg file. And we're going to take a look now at the quick calc command on the utilities panel on the ribbon. Now, what I'm going to do here is zoom in on this door here and just get it so that I've got it over on the left-hand side of the screen. And then what we're going to do, we're going to generate a rectangle. I'm doing this on layer zero, just because it's easier. And I'm going to go from here, this snap point here and point click. I'm going to come down to here and hover. That'll give me a bit of object snap tracking and then just drag along. Not worried about how big it is and that rectangle is going to represent say a patio or an entrance area for the building. So there's our rectangle there and what I'm going to do now is just pan that across, so it sits there on the left-hand side of the screen. Now quick calc, as…
