- [Tutor] Once again, we're staying in our zero zero underscore ground 1031 Southeast Madison dot DWG file. And what we're going to look at now is the quick select command in AutoCAD sometimes known as Q select. It's one of the best commands in AutoCAD. It's very underrated and it's very underused. So let's have a look at quick select. It's on the utilities panel here and there's quick select right there, or Q select as it's known. It allows us to filter a selection as it says there based on filtering criteria. So let's click on it and bring up the quick select dialog box. I'm just going to pop that down here, bottom right. So that you can see what's going on in your drawing. Now we're going to apply this to the entire drawing. So I'm going to click on the down arrow here and the entire drawing.
