- [Instructor] Having already spoken a little bit about why we might want to take advantage of a post-production or compositing based workflow on our projects, what we're going to focus on in this video is the how. This being by means of the Render Element tools that can be found inside V-Ray, a set of options that give us the ability to output a wide array of scene elements or components for use in a compositing workflow. Simply put, Render Elements give us the ability to split apart the various aspects of a rendered image and break it down into its component elements. Imagine, if you can, the control that a painter would have over their art if they had the ability to pick apart a finished piece and separate elements out for further editing.
