Then we discussed the art of listening, which is really the art of understanding an issue, and establishing respect and trust. Then we learned of different ways to set expectations from the written word to verbally communicating in meetings. Then we examined the different types of training you could use to empower your users. Now it's time for you to go out and listen to your users. Ask the proper questions. Start determining the value of everything you are doing and implementing inside of an organization. Then follow through and earn the respect of your users.
