- Up to this point, you've done a lot of work to understand the building and the sequence of events that will occur onsite. You should have a good grasp of the scale of the project. Now we should take a step back and look at what activities are going to take place and how we might want to plan for them. You should have a head start on this if you've modeled the site logistics for your proposal. And if not, don't worry. It should be fairly straightforward. To execute this you'll need to speak with your construction team to understand what types of equipment are going to be onsite and where they're going to be. You'll also want to know what sort of safety areas exist onsite and safety features. For example, emergency eyewash stations or areas of refuge or fire department connections to name a few.
