Saving a Robot file - Revit Tutorial

Saving a Robot file
- [Instructor] This video is going to be quick. It's simply showing you how to do a save as. Notice that you have a save icon. You have file. So go to file. Go to Save As. Here it is, it's a robot file. Now there's a couple different formats we could save it as. But in this case, I want to save it as a robot, .RTD file. I already have a file there, I'm just going to override it. Go ahead and click save. You want to replace it, yes. Now if you're ever in Revit and you don't have that file open. You can simply go to structural analysis, structural analysis link, we can click update model, and we can update from the intermediate file .SMX. Click on update options. Again none of these are applicable here. So I can hit cancel. I don't need to do it 'cause I've already updated it, hit cancel. And that's it. That's how you save an SMX file in robot.
