- [Instructor] Since Civil 3D is the one that manages what we share and when, we simply have to configure Civil 3D in a way that it shows the information that we want at the right time. And so, logically, we want to show, or have available to us, the information that's connected to this project and not every other project in our company. And so we just have to understand how to configure Civil 3D to accomplish that. It's accomplished through two different controls in our Prospector. And, of course, they're available from the Manage ribbon as well. What we're going to do, though, is we're going to use our Prospector. And we're going to go to the bottom of Prospector, and notice there's a section called Data Shortcuts here. I right-click on Data Shortcuts, there are a lot of different options available to us, as you see also here in our Manage ribbon. So let's talk a little bit about some of these Settings or Values.
