Set up reflection elements
- [Instructor] When you render a single image, it's often hard to capture accurate or appealing reflections. So I often like to do a separate reflection element. So let's take a look at the V-Ray reflection elements and see which one we want to use. Now, the V-Ray reflection element by itself looks a little bit like this. Now you can see that this is a little bit dark. Also remember that we are going to render this as a 16-bit image, so I can get a little bit more detail out of this. And then we also have the raw reflection, which is again, the reflection without materials. And you can see that this is a little bit sharper but we also have a lot of busyness here in the walls that we may or may not want to use. Now which one you choose again, is up to you. I'm really concerned about the reflections on the glass, so the reflections up here at these upper windows are most concern to me. And so I find that this one is a little…
