Setting deadlines

Setting deadlines
- [Narrator] Remember to always set and communicate deadlines for work to be done. This applies to BIM management as the flow of data and files between trades is vital for a successful project. When this flow of data is delayed or not coordinated, then the teams will not have vital information when they require it on their aspect of the project. Each delay typically costs a project money, so coordinating the BIM with the schedules defined by your project management staff is absolutely vital, as is advising project management if any obvious scheduling conflicts with other trades may force them to revise their schedules.
