- [Instructor] I'd like to start investigating the new energy in HVAC analysis processes in Revit. To do that, however, I'd like to check out what we need to do very fast to help avoid tons of errors and frustrations. The objective of this video is to investigate a clean model, click it, and make sure it is room bounded. I know it's smaller than most projects we're going to work on, but the examples here need to be followed. So jumping into Revit, let's go to open. I'm going to browse where I'm keeping my exercise files, I'm going to open up this architectural model. Again, I know it's small and it's unlikely you're want to have a project this small. I just want to show you a couple of components you need to know, to be in the architectural model, as an MEP engineer. Walls, roofs and the floor. It's pretty much that simple.
