- Let's dive a little bit deeper into what each team could be using for communication, coordination, document sharing, and presentation. Leveraging VDC tools can seem daunting since there are so many, but anyone can do coordination well no matter what site project or operation you're managing. To begin the process, you'll need to start with understanding, first and foremost, you and your team's capabilities, the timeline to be able to successfully execute, and your audience. Start with the workflow you are going to be using to execute the presentation and the pre-construction. You'll want to ensure that your workflow will dovetail with your team during construction as well. You're not going to want to duplicate efforts.
