- I think there's some really exciting things going on in construction right now that are driven by technology. I think it's really cool that we're starting to adopt some of these technologies that really change the way we work out there in the field. We can do things like carry around a set of digital drawings on a tablet or even our smart phone, and I don't have to carry around those big rolls of blueprints anymore. I think that's really changed the way we work out there in the field. I think there's also a lot of great things going on with three dimensional models and BIM models that really have allowed us to start making the process more efficient and even safer out there in the field. - We worked into everybody's subcontracts that all of our document control is to be kept on Bluebeam. We have live documents that are being updated constantly. But, one of the things we've implemented is we want all of our foremen in the field, be it plumbing superintendents, foremen, HVAC guys…
