Temporary Hide

- [Instructor] This one's pretty easy and it's pretty obvious. But to be honest, I didn't really know about this function until I noticed a coworker of mine using it a couple of months ago. It's temporary hide/isolate. So the idea is, you can work in a plan and you can just temporarily hide things, or isolate things. Once you're done, you can just reset the view and you're all set. So I'm gonna jump into any model that I want to hide or isolate a category or an element. The first thing we need to do is just select whatever the annoying element is. In this case, it's this stupid floor. So I'm gonna select my floor. Now on my view control toolbar, I'm gonna click on my little sunglasses here. And I am going to hide category. Now we'll see that this little cyan-colored border is around our view, temporary hide/isolate. And of course, if I don't wanna see maybe dimensions, select a dimension, click my temporary hide/isolate, and I want to hide category. Dimensions are gone. This is a…
