- [Narrator] We now continue building our toaster! In this video we focus our efforts on a retro styled knob to adjust the power level. Again, 3D and design details are important, so is getting your toast just right. Let's zoom in to the finished knob here. And you'll notice we have a really cool undulating pattern which works great for finger grippers but also we have this little recessed in the center. I'll turn off the final layer. We'll take a look at these curves. Now, these are obviously circles in the center but these guys look really tricky. So let's turn the curve layer off. Before I start, I'm noticing that it's going to be really challenging to build all of those shapes in the side view and not have them snap or go flat to the construction plane. So, let's move our construction plane. One way to get the construction plane where you want it is go to the view port label, set Cplane and we're going to use the side…
