- [Narrator] As you're working with your curves and surfaces, you want to make sure that they look good. One great way to do that is to visualize the control points. Now, the control points that we use here for manipulating the surface can be displayed using a tool called Apply Dress Up. I can show control points and segmentation. I'll turn both of those on, select okay, and as we can see, I have my control points displayed in this blue frame. These dashed lines that you see are just the isoparms across the surface. Go ahead and hide that. Now, I'm going to do the same thing with this corner surface here. Pick my corner surface. Turn on the display, control point segmentation, and hit apply. Now this is a very complex surface and I know this because as I visualize it, I have a lot of control points. I also have these solid font lines across the surface.
