Splitting the slab surfaces

- [Instructor] Now that I have all of the surfaces that I need to make the armrest, over built and slab belt including the top secondaries and tertiaries, I'm going to go ahead and show all of those surfaces, so I can begin splitting the portions of the surfaces away that I don't need. I'll show those. I will also show these curves and now I can begin removing the material that I don't need. Let me go ahead and hide these upper glands as well. I'll come down to my splits geometrical set. Right mouse click, define work object and for this we use GSD split, and I'm going to pick this surface first, pick this curve, that project. Pick this edge off of my styling blend, styling filet and pick this curve at the far end. I'm going to leave it overbuilt on the bottom.
