The AEC workflow
- [Instructor] Let's take a look at the AEC workflow. And so what we can do is first we need to make sure we have the AEC or the plugin installed in After Effects. And you'll find it in your Cinema 4D folder, that's an Exchange plugins folder, and you can then just unzip the importer here, and then drop it in your After Effects plugins folder. And if After Effects is already open, make sure you restart it. To get an AEC file out of Cinema 4D, we come into our render settings at down here you can see the compositing project file. We'll check on save. We'll make sure the target application is set to After Effects, and we'll include the 3D data. Then we'll save the project file. And we'll just save it on our desktop. And I've gone ahead and rendered out this sequence already. And there it is on the desktop. I'd advise you to render the image sequence to your desktop or somewhere similar, and save the AEC file in the same place. That way when you open the AEC file in After Effects, you…
