- [Instructor] Our model's looking rather monotone, but that's totally fine. In a later movie we're going to add materials and lights and make it look pretty. We're at the stage now where we just wanna animate and that's what we're just gonna focus on. How do we animate in C 4D? Well, the most common way of creating animation is by setting keyframes, and it's possible to create animation without setting keyfranes at all, but that's getting ahead of ourselves. A keyframe in C 4D is essentially a piece of data stored at a specific point in time, and all we're doing is moving to a specific point in time and laying down a marker, and then we're telling C 4D at this frame, I want this object to be here and look like this. Wouldn't it be cool if we used some of the elements of our model to wipe on the text elements so that we're gonna use these outer and inner tubes to wipe on the H and the sport?
