Animating a push-in with position keyframes

- Push-in camera movements can be used to give a shot more emotional intensity and to draw focus to the subject at the center. It can also create a sense of a more immersive environment as it encompasses the viewer as they pass through it. We'll be using just two keyframes on the position.Z parameter of our camera, one at the start of our move and one at the end, in order to recreate this shot. So go ahead and open up the clean version of your project. And let's just take a look at what we have here. I've got a camera, which we're currently looking through. And when we look at it, we see that we've got some position coordinates as well as some rotations, and these values seem not quite random, but they are fairly complicated. And it's not going to necessarily help us to get clean animation. Notice here as I'm dollying in and out with my camera, my movement is changing on both X, Y, and Z. It's a little hard to figure out that really, I just want my camera to move forward and backward.…
