- [Instructor] In this movie we're going to learn about the cache object. I think it's a really important part of the X-Particles workflow. Without caching there is no way of ensuring accurate visual playback in the viewport since under normal circumstances when we scrub the timeline, X-Particles just doesn't know what to do. It can't keep up and so, we get these undesired results. To solve this, we can use the cache object. And it's found in the ever useful Other Objects List. So, we'll just add the cache object to our system. So, this cache object is really smart. If we go into the Inclusion tab you can see it's going to include all of these objects by default and you can uncheck those as needed and so what it's going to do is when you build a cache it will look at what you have in the scene and if it matches these objects it will automatically cache that information.
