- [Instructor] We're gonna use a combination of the selection tools and the modeling functions to separate the various parts of our logo. And these are typical processes you'd go through when cleaning up our work imported from Illustrator. Let's begin. So we need to have our logo selected, let's see what we've got. And we can switch into Point mode, because to edit Splines, you have to be in Point mode. They don't have edges and they don't have polygons. They're just made up of points. And these lines that are described, this is the interpolation between the type of spline it is. So, currently these are all bezier points, but if they were a different type, say linear, you'd get a really different looking spline. I'm just gonna undo that. So to split up these various sections, we're gonna use first our Live Selection tool. And this allows us just to paint selections. So, we can just click and drag and just drag the mouse around then we're just gonna start painting, and over these…
