In this lesson we will talk about another very important parameter that will help us fine tune our dynamic simulations. It's called the deactivation. Let me show you how it works. I'll create a floor and a cylinder, orient the cylinder on the plus x, and since the radius is 50, I'll raise it slightly more, 51 above the floor. Change my display settings, adjust my camera view, and then select both objects, right click, Simulation Tags > Rigid Body. I'll add more frames to my frame range. And then, what I want to do is make the cylinder roll this way. That way, which means I need to add a custom initial velocity on the minus z. Let's put minus 20. I'll deselect, rewind, press Play and you will see that the cylinder is going to slowly roll towards the minus z. So far, so good.
