- Let's continue modeling the logo and we'll do a bit of spline modeling. So what I'm going to do is just select all these primitive shapes that we previously created, I'm going to bring them into our logo null and I'm just going to disable them, and if you click and drag, you can paint-select, which is really, really handy, so you can just disable those. So if I press this render button here, splines do not render. They need a generator to generate geometry, and we're going to use the extrude object, which is up here in this menu. So we have our h selected in the object manager right here, so I'm going to come up to the Extrude menu, now I'm going to hold down Alt, and what that will do is when I release the button, it will make the extrude object a parent of the h, or rather, it will make the selected object a child of the newly-generated, newly-created object, and what that's done is it's extruded the h shape along that axis, because if we look in the object tab, it's given it a…
