First-person POV with the Virtual Walkthrough tool

- If you have the studio or visualize version of Cinema 4D you have access to something called the virtual walkthrough tool. It allows you to move through your scene in a manner similar to playing a first person point of view video game. And it allows you also to create an animation that looks something like this. So, let's go ahead and try and recreate this. Open up the starting point scene and when you press play, you see we have no animation whatsoever. It hasn't been recorded yet. So, let's go to Tools, Virtual Walkthrough, Virtual Walkthrough. And that gives us access to our virtual walkthrough tool and it allows us to move around our scene. If you go to the shortcuts tab on this tool you will see every single possible keyboard command you can use to control this thing and there is a lot of information here. I, frankly, only really care about the W, A, S, D keys for the most part which allows me to move forward, S for back, A for left, D for right. So, I'm just sort of piloting…
