- [Instructor] In this lesson, we're going to go over the setup of our base X-Particles emitter. You'll notice here that there's already a few objects in the scene and these are just basic objects that I've put in here to make it easier to get us started. The first one is this sphere object that we're going to use as our initial atom that the infection will come out of. The second is this injector, which is just an animated cone. This will be the plunger that starts our infection. And then the last thing is this star mesh. And all this is is a mesh that I made that has a displacer on it with an animated noise that gives us this cool, wavy feel all the way across the mesh. This is where we're going to start building our X-Particles emitter and it's going to emit onto this mesh right here, so let's get going. First thing I'm going to do is I'm going to hide my sphere and my injector and my star actually and close that…
