- [Tutor] If you're working on a team and you have a production pipeline setup, your role might be to match the camera and then send that data onto the next person in the pipeline. It's important then to know how to get data out of Cinema 4D. We can export this scene using a couple of formats. Alembic and FBX are both widely used in VFX pipelines. So first we're going to take a look at exporting this scene as FBX. You could come over to the file menu and then choose export, and you'll find FBX here. But you could also select objects in the object manager and then from the object manager's file menu, choose export selected objects as FBX. Generally the defaults here are fine. Essentially, we want to make sure we have cameras checked and we'll also save out anything else in the scene like our test geo as well. It's worth noting that any parametric objects will be converted to polygonal geometry. Let's choose OK.…
