Manipulate materials on objects

- [Instructor] We're now going to take a look at how, we manipulate materials on objects. So I've got this label material ready to go. I want to have that to the label geometry. So I'll just drag that on top, and we don't see anything update in the viewport. If we investigate our object, we can see in the basic tab, that it has a display color set on. We just need to turn that off, and now we see the label material. But it's not facing us, and that's our problem here. In the coordinates of the object, we could just rotate this around, and that seemingly works. If we can't do that, we can look at the material tag. Now, we can't simply rotate this, and the reason why, is because we're in UV mapping mode, and these coordinates are really locked down. So we'd need to change our projection type, to something that suits the object. Maybe something like cylindrical, but we come across a problem when we do that. The…
