- [Instructor] Let's take a look at how we'd render animation using Octane. So we'll first come into our render settings and making sure our render is set to Octane, we're gonna set the output as we would any other render so we'd set our width and height, our frame rate, making sure that the frame rate matches, command D, our project settings, which is what we have here. So 30 frames, they match, that's great. Then we'd set our frame range, and for testing purposes I tend to do a single frame and then for my shots I'm just going to use a manual range after rendering out a sequence, I know which exact frames I need to render for that sequence. So you can choose a manual frame range, or just choose all frames. Next, when we come over into the save area, dash, you need to save the regular anymore, and when you're working with multi-pass, you don't use the save multi-pass here or add any passes in using the regular multi-pass workflow.
