Rendering with tokens
- [Instructor] In the previous movie, we set up takes so that we could render out a separate shadow-catcher pass. Now if your scene doesn't look like mine, and you have some missing textures, you need to go back and watch the previous movie, where we talked about how we'd reconnect those. And then come back here. So yeah, we set up our take, and you can see, if we switch over from the main to the shadow, that the texture on the tabletop changes. So we can change back, and you'll see, it's made a change here. So we're just switching between the table texture and the shadow catcher that we have here. So we'll now look at how we can use tokens in our render settings to achieve a more procedural workflow for naming files. So we'll open up our render settings. And let's just focus on our shadow render setting here. So what are tokens used for? Well, if you come over to here, you can see, these are all the render tokens that we have available to us. Now they're just simple text variables…
