Scene reconstruction
- So let's take a look at scene reconstruction. This is a new feature in release 19 and it does work best on a shot that has been tracked and obviously solved. And you can also use the constraints to set up the scene so you get a sense of scale and orientation. Now, we have this previously tracked table. So something that we worked on in our previous chapter. And so we can just simply start our reconstruction. You can choose to just quickly preview and that will generate a point cloud only. And this can be useful if you have a long scene with lots of points, lots of detail here, using one of the other methods would take a long time to process and I can show you an example of something that took a long time to process shortly. I know that this scene works using the high quality method and I want to show you the output of that because it looks pretty awesome. So I'm going to choose point cloud only for now and just run the scene reconstruction. And now I'll do that. And what it's going…
