Set up multipass renders

- [Instructor] When preparing to render it's important to keep in mind the final output and determine how flexible you need to be in post. So what do I mean by that? Do you need to isolate objects for color correction? Do you need to add depth of field and motion blur? And how much time do you have to render the shots? And are there ways of speeding up that process? To set up a multi-pass render, first we need to enable it in our render settings. So we'll come over and choose our render settings and click on the box that says multi-pass here, this checkbox. And if we click into our save dialogue we can now choose to save a multi-pass image. So typical passes to add, if you come over to the multi-pass button here, diffuse, specular, shadow, and reflection all tend to make up the beauty pass. We have the control to dial back or enhance certain areas. If you wanted a flattened version of your scene you could also choose to include the RGBA pass. Now, these would have every separate pass…
