Solving the 3D camera

- [Instructor] Solving the camera involves coming over to the 3D Solve tab and then choosing a Solve mode. In most cases you will select the Full 3D Reconstruction and that'll be used for shots like ours where the camera changes its position and there a parallax shift and there are other modes but they're not our current focus, so we'll just leave it on Full 3D Reconstruction. So, before we get ahead of ourselves, we need to make sure our features are all going to contribute to a good solve and so, at this stage, we should refine our tracking points. If we come over to the Footage tab, we've already talked about how we can decrease the brightness, we can then play through, we can check out the trails of our features and just check that they're all working towards the same direction. We can identify features that might be moving off. We know then that we can also select and delete features that are not contributing. We can do this manually.
