- [Instructor] To get the most out of any software, it's worth taking the time to set preferences, understand settings, and ways of customizing the interface to better suit your workflow. So we're going to look at how we can change some project settings, access the viewport and HUD options. We're going to edit preferences, configure keyboard shortcuts, and switch layouts. So let's just jump into the first thing, the project settings. So here, if you press Command + D, Control + D on PC, you'll get up your project settings. So the frame rate, units of measure, project duration, all these things are very important. And they're all stored here, in the project settings. So for animation work, it's important to know what frame rate you're working at, and to know that you can control your timeline over here. You could also do it in the mini timeline as well, if you increase the value, for example, and then just stretch this out. You can see how the project settings are updated accordingly…
