Vertex map workflow tips and tricks

- Let's talk about a few tips and tricks that are helpful when working with vertex maps. The first one I want to talk about is using two of the same vertex map to control your shader in the shader graph. I'm going to go and grab our animated map here and I'm going to duplicate that node by Control + dragging, and I'm going to duplicate it one more time. On this second one, I'm going to enable the invert, and then I'm going to grab an ad node and connect both of those vertex maps to this ad node. From there, I'm going to go and connect this to the surface so that I can see what I'm doing. You'll notice that our sphere goes completely white. That's because we need to clamp some of the black values on one of our vertex maps using the ramp node. So, now that I've got the ramp node in there, I'm going to just select it and start clamping this black value. And, you'll notice that we're going to start getting this white to black…
