What is product visualization?
- [Instructor] What is product visualization? Visualization is any technique for creating images, diagrams, or animations to communicate a message. The use of visualization to present information is nothing new. Early humans use visual imagery such as cave paintings to communicate and tell stories. And other historical examples include Egyptian hieroglyphics. You can also look at ancient maps, numerals, letter forms, that sort of thing. These are quite primitive methods of communicating ideas and information, and it must be said that the invention of the computer and the advancement of computer graphics has been quite a significant development in all forms of visualization. However many would argue a pencil and paper is still the best way to quickly get ideas down in the form of sketches.
