Why use OctaneRender?

- [Narrator] Octane is designed for speed, and that speed comes from the visual feedback you receive from the Live Viewer, and at render time it's the speed of GPU rendering. If we just start the Live Viewer, we can see it immediately we're getting a result and see the progress bar go along and it starts to clean up. Now we will get onto the topic of rendering in a later movie, but it's worth noting having multiple GPU's will increase the speed of your renders on a linear scale. So if we just show the information here, the Live Viewer, now I've got two GDX 1080 Ti cards and video cards, so the output will be twice as fast as using just one 1080 Ti, for example. Because I have an Octane subscription here, the current limit is two cards. And that is set to change in the next version of Octane. So let's just look at a scene, and we'll just hide that.
