- [Instructor] The Take System which was introduced in Cinema 4D R17, allows you to create multiple states of a project in a single file. Just as the object manager keeps the scenes object in order, the Takes Manager helps you to maintain order for the Takes you create. The main Take is a standard Cinema 4D scene. And if you want to work without the Take System, make sure that the Takes manager contains no Takes except for this one called main. Cinema 4D will then work as it did in previous versions. So, in this scene, we're going to work in a typical scenario where we've sent off a preview render, and now a client has asked for changes. Now they've said that they'd like us to try some different material options, and also, to check out a new camera angle, just like this one here. Without Takes, we'd have a few options all of them cumbersome. We could duplicate our project file and then make our changes and then render.…
