- [Instructor] There's a few other classes that control things like visibility, opacity and the stack in order of elements. So let's take a look at them. First is the Z-index. Now content in HTML is layered using a property called the Z-index. So think about the X and Y axis. The Z axis is like a deck of cards that is stacked on top of one another. And you can control what level the stack of cards or an individual card is in by using Z and then an amount. So the amounts can be any of these numbers Auto we'll just let the browser determine what the current stacking order would be based on where the card is positioned in the order that it was drawn. So let's go ahead and hit Try it so we can see some of the options here. You can see that I have here a bunch of boxes with different numbers and they are positioned with this Z-index property.
