Reviewing focal length and camera angle

In this chapter I want to go through a few slides, and review some of the topics that we've covered. Also, draw a few conclusions, and then give you a few exercises that you can take which will help to make all this a bit more concrete and tangible. Well we start our conversation with this idea that there are different lens categories, whether that's wide, normal, or Telephoto. We talked about this idea that these different lenses give us different angles of view. So a 35 millimeter lens would have a 62 degree angle. Or 50 is 46. 200 is 12. Long story short the longer the foal length lens well the narrower the angle of view. And how this relates to our lens categories is that these different lenses allow us to capture different types of photograph based on their angle of view. And also based on the different looks that we get. Now, we can craft different looks by changing our camera position.
