Shooting with a tilt-shift lens

- A highly specialized lens is a tilt-shift, or a perspective lens, and these type of lenses are designed to allow you to actually shift the physical configuration of the lens. I've got a more basic one here, which is just allowing for essentially one type of shift. So, for example, if I was shooting something like a building, and I was shooting from down below, this would allow me to compensate, rather than if camera was level with the building, it might only show the bottom floor. Well, I can tilt back and put the camera a little bit lower, and then see the whole building, but then we get a keystone affect, and by adjusting the shape of the lens, I can compensate for that in camera. Now, you have the more expensive, professional version here. This is the Cannon lens. Walk me through what these do. - Well, Cannon lenses will correct for that perspective distortion, as well, but the other feature is to manipulate the depth of field, and the best I can describe it is if you have a…
