Creating behaviors
- Behaviors are one of my favorite Camtasia tools. With just a few clicks, I can turn lifeless media into an engaging asset. And you can access behaviors here in the Behaviors panel. To preview a behavior, you can just mouse over it. Or if you want to speed things up a little bit, you can kind of just scrub through and see what's going on. Here in the timeline, I have a text list from the demo project. I'm going to punch things up by adding a behavior to my first text here, the Track Mattes. I'm going to go ahead and add a fly-in behavior. All I do is select the clip, drag and drop the behavior. And let's see what happens. Okay, that's a good start but I can customize things in the Properties panel. I'm going to make sure the behavior is selected, make sure my Properties panel is open, and then make sure I'm in this Behaviors tab. And here in the Behaviors tab, I have three other tabs. I have an In, a During, and an Out.…
