Creating a microlearning podcast

- [Instructor] Podcasts are a great option for microlearning. They're basically microlectures on some topic that is shared directly to your learner's device. Podcasts are typically audio only, but they can also include video, and they're generally focused on one single topic, like all other microlearning assets. To create a podcast, you'll need to host your content on the web somewhere that has the ability for your learners to subscribe to it via an RSS, or really simple syndication feed. Now, that sounds a whole lot more fancy than it really is. Here's an easy way to get started creating your own microlearning podcast. Get a free account on soundcloud.com. If you're not familiar with this service, it's basically YouTube, but for audio. Then go up to the menu item in the upper right and select Settings.
