Creating a zoom and pan animation

- [Instructor] Camtasia has a really easy to use zoom and pan animation creator here on its own dedicated tab inside of the animations panel. Now let's create a custom zoom effect to give our viewers a better look at the tools being selected. Jump down to the first marker by pressing control + right square bracket. The mouse has just completed the move to the crop tool at this point. Use the zoom slider to zoom in to about 160%. Then drag the selection in the upper panel to zoom in on the action that you want to show. Now, notice that our familiar animation keyframe arrow has been added to our clip for us, and the ending keyframe is located exactly where our playhead is currently parked. Scrub over the animation to see the zoom effect. If you want to create a pan effect, then scrub down in the timeline a bit to the next section of action and then reposition the selection on the pan and zoom tool.
