Grouping media
- We're going to take a look at grouping media, and that is exactly what it sounds like. It's like taking a bunch of media clips and putting them together in a box. Like this first group here, my lower third. If I click on this, click on the little plus sign to open it up, you can see that it's actually three clips that have been all grouped together. So let me show you how to make a group. The first thing you want to do is carefully select the media you want in your group. You can tell what's selected because it's highlighted yellow there. And then right-click somewhere in that group and choose Group. And there's your group. Let's go ahead and open that up so you can see. Click on the little plus icon. And there's all my media together in that group. Now, why would I want to do this? Well for one, grouping makes it real easy to shuffle media around on the timeline. I can just grab this group here and wherever I move…
